Allan Mulligan NHD Mining, Witwatersrand Mine Manager's Certificate (SA) MAusIMM, MCS Managing Director Allan is a mining engineer with 25 years of management and production experience in deep, underground mining operations. Allan has specialised in technical assessment and production economics, feasibilities, project design and costing of underground and surface mines and prospects. He has designed, built and managed large underground mining operations and has worked in a range of occupations across the international resource industry. Prior to establishing RSV Australia, Allan consulted as Lonmin Plc's technical representative in Australia and worked extensively with the Junior Exploration sector. During this time he observed the valuable contribution this sector makes to the Australian mining industry. He has developed close ties with the industry and understands it's unique needs in terms of austere and measured technical development. Allan has served as a non executive director of ASX and AIM listed Platinum Australia and of ASX listed Mount Burgess Mining. He has studied, designed and managed the implementation of surface and underground mining infrastructure since leaving operational management in 2001. He has recently closed out as design engineering manager for the A$1,7bn Argyle Diamond Mine Underground Project. Roy has extensive experience in mining operational engineering management and is experienced in integrating formal project management systems into technical and feasibility studies. He is a founding member of the global RSV Group and has corporate responsibility for quality within RSV. Neels Engelbrecht HND Electrical Engineering Professional Certified Engineer Project Management Professional (PMI) Director Neels Engelbrecht has 26 years experience in mining operations spanning engineering, project management and new business development. He has worked in mining project development throughout the world and until recently, was responsible for business development throughout the global RSV Group. Neels has been with RSV for 15 years. He is currently the CEO of RSV Enco, the group’s highly successful energy and coal division and is an alternate director of RSV SA.
